FAQ

1> If you sending vocie from doorbell to mobile.Please check your mobile volume is loud enough to let you hear the voice.and also turn on the button"Sound" in app.

2> If you sending voice from mobile to doorbell.Please check you turn on green button"Make a call"to yellow"Calling". Sometimes it would have 20 seconds delay for the first time.but not everytime.

 

1> Please do not let your mobile and doorbell get close.They have signal interference between themselves.

2> You could turn off "Sound" when you did not use APP.So the sound from surroundings might not disturb you.Do not worry!When some visitor using doorbell you would get a notification"bell ring". You would not miss any visitor information.
